Surrey HomeSearchers was founded in early 2006 by Lisa Potter, after realising the lack of professional advice and help needed for many buyers when looking for property.

Formerly an Estate Agent and Professional Interior Designer, this unique combination of backgrounds has enabled Lisa to obtain a thorough knowledge of the property marketplace and has given her an eye for detail when matching prospective buyers to properties.

As an independent agent, Lisa works closely with all clients and personally undertakes the in-depth property search, research and progress chasing. She additionally employs a small team who actively help to carry out the preliminary searches.

It was whilst working as an Estate Agent that Lisa realised that most people have a common misconception when searching for a property – they fail to realise that the Estate Agent is working for the seller and NOT the buyer. Surrey HomeSearchers work for the buyer alone!.
