Fees

Buying

• Registration Fee: £395.00 for a 3 month period (which is deducted from the final fee upon exchange of contracts).
• Success Fee: 1% of the purchase price (min £2,000).
  

Renting

• Registration Fee: £395.00 for a 1 month period (which is deducted from the final fee once contracts have been signed).
• Success Fee: The equivalent of one months rent (min £1,000)
  

 

Currently, VAT is not charged as extra on the above fees.
